SEXUAL HARASSMENT POLICY (EC §231.5; 5 CCR§4917): Each district is required to have adopted a written policy on sexual harassment, and shall provide a copy of such policy, as it pertains to students, notifying students at the beginning of each semester. Districts are also required to display such policies in a prominent location and include it in orientation for employees and students. Please find the Monterey Peninsula Unified School District's Sexual Harassment Board Policy and Administrative Regulation (BP & AR 5145.7) attached.
